Bryanna Kerbuski
Managing Director - Service Delivery
A former U.S. Army Engineer Officer, Bryanna brings strong expertise in operational logistics, team leadership, and complex project management. Her dynamic, mission-driven approach blends military experience with dual master’s degrees in Sports Leadership and Technical Writing, ensuring clear communication and strategic vision. As VISUAL’s Managing Director of Service Delivery, Bryanna drives operational excellence, empowers teams, and delivers high-impact services that protect America’s supply chains and exceed client expectations.
Pat Kerbuski
Managing Director - People Operations
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of active duty, Pat Kerbuski brings deep expertise in personnel management and reconnaissance. His career began in the Infantry, earning his Ranger Tab, Airborne Wings, and Air Assault qualifications, before serving as a Ranger Instructor. Pat deployed in both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom and later transitioned to the Adjutant General Corps, gaining extensive experience in Human Resources. He concluded his distinguished service as a Division Chief at the Pentagon. Pat’s leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking, combined with his MBA, are invaluable to VISUAL’s mission of protecting America’s supply chains and building high-performing teams.
