Cargo Ranger
Job Title: Cargo Ranger (PRN)
Department: Security & Operations
Reports To: Mission Control Manager
Position Summary
The Cargo Ranger is responsible for the secure movement, oversight, and situational documentation of high-value or sensitive shipments. Rangers will be assigned missions on an as-needed basis depending on route risk level, client requirements, and availability.
Key Responsibilities

Escort and oversee cargo in transit across designated routes

Maintain direct communication with dispatch and clients during missions

Conduct risk assessments, pre-trip checks, and post-mission reports

Enforce protocols for unauthorized stops, trailer tampering, or geofence alerts

Represent the VISUAL brand and uphold our standards of vigilance, integrity, and discipline
Requirements

Clean background check
-
Valid driver’s license (CDL not required unless operating vehicle)

Ability to travel across state lines (if needed)

Flexible schedule and strong attention to detail

Prior Military, Law Enforcement or Security - logistics experience a plus
Employment Terms

Status: PRN (as-needed, part-time W-2)

Hours: Based on mission assignment

Pay: Flat per-mission or hourly rate depending on shipment type
